Leicestershire village 'yarn bombed' for annual festival

Ben Jackson on BBC Radio Leicester

Available for over a year

Cosby's Summer Yarn Bomb Festival is back. The whole village has been yarn bombed - covered in knitted figures. From the barbers in the village to No 54 to Brook House school, everyone has got involved in this fantastic community effort, which this year has the theme of Showtime. The incredible knitted and crocheted installations are on display throughout the summer until 30th August 2023 BBC Radio Leicester reporter Sara Palmer went along to Cosby ahead of the official opening to find out how preparations for the festival were going.
