Leicester swimmer turns talents to art.

Life as an high-performance swimmer can take a lot of motivation, determination and vision. For Leicester artist Danielle Tomlinson, the lessons she learnt in the pool suddenly became very important when she decided to take the leap and start selling her own paintings during lockdown. Since 2020, Danielle’s business has grown and now some of her paintings sell for up to £9,000. Danielle tells BBC Radio Leicester reporter Sophia Hartley about her change in career.
