Bin lorry fire started by vape battery

Investigators say an incorrectly disposed of vape battery was the cause of a fire in a bin lorry in Caister-on-Sea. A larger blaze was avoided by the quick thinking of driver Jon Mancini, who tipped the burning rubbish out on to the road.
