The 75-year-old who feels no pain

Jo Cameron is a remarkable woman that's mystified doctors. She's 75, and feels almost no pain. She also finds herself unable to be sad or anxious for long. Scientists at University College London had already worked out that it was because of a genetic mutation. Now they've discovered how that mutation works at a molecular level, with potentially big ramifications for pain management, wound healing and mental well-being.
