Sue Kinnear

Available for over a year

Swindon's MPs write to the BBC Director General opposing regionalising more radio programming. Sir Robert Buckland sets out concerns for the audiences served by BBC Radio Wiltshire, speaking to Sue Kinnear. Featuring the BBC's Director of Nations explaining the BBC reasoning. The BBC says its 39 Local Radio stations including Wiltshire will continue to provide local programming throughout the week. A spokesperson said "we want to modernise local services so that however licence fee payers choose to get their local information, we’ll be there across radio, television and online for many years to come.”
