'It's been the most rewarding thing I've done'

Ady Dayman

Available for over a year

It's nearly two months since some residents in a Leicestershire village voiced their concerns to house up to 250 asylum seekers at a local hotel. But, whilst some have expressed their anger at the decision, others have gone out of their way to make them feel as welcome as possible. 'Open Arms' was set up to support the asylum seekers who have been housed in Kegworth. BBC Radio Leicester's Helen McCarthy went along to meet some of the volunteers.
