Bus strikes impact the vulnerable

The bus strikes in Coventry is already affecting those less able to get around. Iris is a pensioner who lives in Canley and uses the bus at least 3 times a week to go shopping. She spoke to BBC CWR about the impact the lack of buses is having on her life.
