There's concerns from the Grounds Management Association that we might be running out of properly trained groundskeepers. With about 40% of the national workforce are over the age of 50, there's a drive this week to get younger people into the job. Groundskeeper Cheryl Hill has been caring for the Welford Road grass for more than 30 years and is believed to be the only female professional groundskeeper in rugby. She told us she wants more women and girls to consider the career.
