SECRET AGENCY, who will present the ideas behind Women of the Seven Seas. This international network of female artists, researchers, activists and seafarers is bringing together and raising the visibility of women in maritime industries and at sea. SECRET AGENCY will be returning to SPILL Festival with a special project made with our Suffolk-based “she-farers”.
