Exclusive data obtained by the BBC shows police are recording a rising number of dog attacks in England and Wales. Records obtained through Freedom of Information requests show the number of dog attack offences recorded by officers has risen by a third between 2018 and 2022. Since April 2016, police forces have spent more than £21m on kennels and vets bills for out of control dogs they've seized. Many people who've been attacked by dogs are left with both physical and emotional scars. For 5 Minutes On, the BBC's correspondent, Danny Savage, has been hearing the stories of Sarah - a postie in Rotherham - and Lily - whose face was badly injured in an attack. (Image: BBC News)
