Essex charity Kool Carers, which looks after young carers, says that without government funding, it could be shutting down before the end of next year. It's estimated there are 10,000 young people in the county looking after a relative. BBC Essex's Sonia Watson spoke to the CEO of Kool Carers, Rachel Tungate and young carer, Elena.
