Spring is looming - it's that time of the year when your mood's uplifted by nice weather, but one place that's already in good spirits is Coalville's Feelgood Café. Paul Fagan runs the fun sessions at The Marlene Reid Centre on Belvoir Road and says the café is being launched at a time when people may need it most - amid the cost of living crisis.
