Blue Ribbon sculpture turns 25

Coventry drivers might be familiar with the Blue Ribbon roundabout on the A444 / Foleshill Road. It was named after the sculpture of a blue ribbon which is on the island. This year is the 25th anniversary of that artwork being unveiled. It was designed by 16 year old student, Will Farrell from Longford, he spoke to Vic Minett about how he got involved.
