Raj Singh chose to move forward in life after losing his wife to cancer.

Raj has been navigating grief and bereavement with his three children since losing his wife to cancer. He faced his loss alone until one day he remarried and moved life forwards for his children. Now he is planning a mindful event for others who have experienced the loss of a loved one in the hope of building a supportive community. BBC CWR's Sandra Godley spoke with Raj about his family's grief and moving forward through life.
