"Ditching meat off the menu"

The Barn in Rugby are taking meat off the menu for February. The restaurant already offer a plant based menu and want to try being totally vegan for a month, if successful they will be making the switch permanent. Sarah Goodchild, General Manager of The Barn told Vic Minett why they are making the change.
