A man from Leicestershire who's been volunteering for the past 40 years for Leicestershire Police has been telling us what it means to be awarded a British Empire Medal. Brian Jackson from Whetstone is one of the founding members of Leicestershire Search & Rescue group and at 75 is their oldest serving member.
