Baloo is a Belgian Malinois who retired from Essex Police after being injured when chasing suspects, but she is still helping people as a therapy dog. She came into BBC Essex along with owner Mandy Chapman to talk about the Belgian Malinois breed, which has been identified as the smartest dog breed in a recent study.
