Concern is growing for a vulnerable Chelmsford man who hasn't been seen since the 18th of December. Timothy Hatcher is 69 and has dementia. He relies on carers to support him each day. It's very unusual for him to be out of contact for so long, so naturally people are very worried. Detective Superintendent Scott Egerton from Essex Police tells BBC Essex they are so concerned that if anyone has any information about Timothy, they should call 999.
