Christmas is a time to indulge in our favourite festive food. Along with the mince pies, turkey and chocolates - for many of us, cheese is something to savour at this time of year. Tim Brown from Melton Cheeseboard says that a quarter of his sales at Christmas is thanks to locally produced stilton. He tells Ben Jackson what varieties he expects to be in demand this year, and how popular local cheese producers have been.
