Filming in Warwickshire

CWR Breakfast with Phil Upton

Available for over a year

A Warwickshire director's stage play is being turned into a movie in South Warwickshire. Roger Harding from Stratford wrote the original version of Calling the Tune, set in 1980 in France's Loire Valley featuring a woman looking back over her life under the Nazi occupation in the Second World War. Roger says it's ultimately a love story. Richard Williams went to the locations of the filming, Warwick’s Irish pub, Brogans Bar and taking a look around an old 1940s plane to meet Roger, the writer and director.
