Geoff meets Talk Club Co-Founder Ben Akers and Bristol actor (and huge City fan) Joe Sims to discuss mental fitness. Ben started the club after he lost his childhood friend to suicide. Talk Club is aimed at helping men talk about their mental health and listen to each other. They meet at Ashton Gate every Wednesday evening from 7.30 and is supported by the Bristol City Foundation.
