Twenty-five schools in Essex have closed on Tuesday due to icy conditions, with many of them saying their sites are too unsafe for pupils and staff. BBC Essex speaks to Richard Potter, Headteacher of Home Farm School in Lexden - which has remained open today - to establish what factors need to be taken into account before deciding whether to close a school or not.
