Recipe for Christmas Fudge

Christmas Stollen Fudge - ingredients needed:- • 397g can condensed milk • 400g dark chocolate, broken into small pieces • 50g butter • 150g stollen, cut into small pieces • 100g icing sigar • Cocoa to dust How to make:- 1. In a heavy bottomed saucepan, melt together the condensed milk, chocolate and butter. Stir as you do this. 2. Once all melted together, stir in your stollen. 3. Sieve in the icing sugar and mix well until you can see no more icing sugar. 4. Put mixture into a greaseproof lined tin, smooth until about 2-3cm thick then put in the fridge for 1 hour. 5. Remove the fudge from the tin, dust with cocoa then chop into squares.
