Liverpool is hosting the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest in May on behalf of Ukraine. BBC Radio Merseyside's Helen Jones spoke to Vaughan Staples. Vaughan is the President of the OGAE UK - the Official Eurovision Song Contest fan club. Vaughan has been involved in organising the Euroclub that will operate at the Baltic Triangle in Liverpool during Eurovision.
