Transport secretary Mark Harper has been talking to BBC CWR as the Long Itchington tunnel in Warwickshire was completed. After seven months underground, Dorothy - the tunnel boring machine named after Dorothy Hodgkin - the first British woman to win the Nobel Prize in Chemistry, broke ground in Long Itchington in July. CWR Breakfast with Phil Upton spoke to Mark Harper about the project.
