'He was such a smiley baby...it's important to have this at Christmas'

7 month old Alexis Constantinou, born with Type 1 Spinal Muscular Atrophy, spent the last weeks of his life in Acorns. His mum Xanthe has been raising money for the children's hospice and is involved in this year's Celebrate Your Star campaign. People can make donations in memory of loved ones, and their names are turned into a Christmas decoration. There will also be three special remembrance events.
