Rob Nixon has been confirmed as the new Chief Constable of Leicestershire Police. He's been carrying out the role on a temporary basis since the retirement of Simon Cole in March. Rob has served with the force for 28 years and becomes Leicestershire's 12th Chief Constable. As part of his chat with Ben, Rob answered some of your questions.
