Since treading Coronation Street’s cobbles for the last time after 20 years in the soap, Sean Wilson has continued to pursue his passion for food. He has cooked for a number of Michelin starred restaurants and is a connoisseur of cheese. Sean now runs his own company - Saddleworth Cheese - and is about to publish a new book about the versatility of cheddar cheese.
