At the McLaren HQ in Woking the search is on for the engineers of tomorrow. We've been along to meet some of the students award a McLaren scholarship. Among them, Jacob from Chertsey and Arunima from South Croydon. We also spoke to Mclaren Racing's Head of Diversity, Early Careers and Development Kate O'Hara Hatchley.
