Fancy popping into one of our delightful county towns to do some Christmas shopping in the coming weeks? It's something councils often encourage by offering free parking at weekends in December. But with rising costs impacting local authorities as much as households - it's an offer some have now withdrawn. That's happened in Market Harborough. Shop owners have been talking to our Political Reporter Tim Parker about the decision.
