Doctors have told an Essex company their kit has saved the lives of at least 25 motorcyclists Last week, an Essex Police officer escaped serious injury after a collision involving two lorries because of an airbag built into his motorbike clothing. He's recovering after the accident that happened during the Just Stop Oil protest on the M25. BBC Essex speaks to Peter Riley, MD at Helite UK who produce the airbags, as well as Kate Jennings from Hideout Leather in Ashden near Saffron Walden - they take Peter's airbags and build them into the protective clothing that then goes out to Essex Police and other forces around the country. BBC Essex also speaks to Grant Goodings who bought his motorbike gear from Hideout Leather and has been wearing his suit with airbags in it for a couple of years.
