The Liberal Democrats had to cancel their annual conference this year as it fell during the official mourning period following the death of the Queen. Instead, they’ve announced a series of new policies, including plans to help people pay their mortgages. BBC Radio Derby’s Ian Skye has been speaking to the Liberal Democrat leader Sir Ed Davey.
