According to the Confederation of Passenger Transport, which represents bus and coach drivers, almost 1 in 10 jobs for bus drivers are currently empty - with the West Midlands having the most vacancies outside of London. So what's it's like to be a bus driver? Vic Minett spoke to Dennis Steel, a driver for Johnson's Coaches.
