Chelmsford City Council are asking people to be considerate of other people with regards to fireworks over the next couple of weeks, with their 'Rocket O'Clock' campaign. BBC Essex speaks to Cllr Rose Moore, Cabinet Member for Greener and Safer Chelmsford, as well as Chloe Henderson from Canvey Island who has sensory issues, which means she struggles with loud noises.
