The latest plans for City Centre South have been unveiled. It's the redevelopment of a huge area within Coventry's ring road, the size of nine football pitches. Its been a long time coming, 10 years since the City Council's original scheme was approved. BBC CWR's Trish Adudu speaks to Andy Fancy from the developers Hill Group and Phil Rooney, owner of the Empire.
