Salisbury low-cost food project can't take more members

Ben Prater

Available for over a year

The Salisbury Pantry is a 'social supermarket' in which members pay £5 for a full shop. It's designed to help people on low incomes. The project says it can currently feed those already signed up, but now needs more donations if it's going to keep up with demand and be able to accept new members. It's had to put a temporary pause on sign-ups. Reporter Sophie Parker heard from Sarah Gregson from Salisbury City Council, which runs the scheme.
