Dr Paul Jordan did a PhD in Eurovision and is now known as Dr Eurovision. Paul’s research shows that different countries attribute different meanings to the event. Paul has watched Eurovision since he was a child and has attended the event since 2000. He spoke to BBC Radio Merseyside's Lisa Marrey about what Liverpool can expect by hosting the contest in 2023.
