Laura Lomas, the matron who helps patients get back home; Natalie Goodall, the mum of four who became a guardian for three more; Pritesh Nathwani, who put his life on hold to make his brother's dreams come true; and Raj Gill-Harrison, who has been volunteering to improve the lives of carers across Leicestershire. These incredible people have been nominated for the BBC Radio Leicester Make A Difference Awards, recognising people in the community who go above and beyond. We had hundreds of nominations across all the categories and we can now reveal that shortlist - and hear from the finalists.
