Wasps' CBS Arena hotel plans stall as £12 million funding expires

The West Midlands Combined Authority loan for the hotel can no longer be drawn down after the deadline passed. Coventry City Council also said Wasps had not been given the lease for the land after failing to pay the required fee or progress the plans.
