Plans have been drawn up to try and limit the number of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) conversions in Coventry in the future. Eleven of the 18 wards in the city already have high concentrations of HMOs, the city council said. Their proposals would force landlords and developers to seek full planning permission for future conversions BBC CWR's Richard Williams hears from Graham Paine from the Chapelfields Area Residents and Traders Association and Councillor David Welsh, Cabinet member for housing and communities at Coventry City Council.
