More than 40 thousand railway workers are walking out over jobs, pay and conditions. Bosses at Network Rail, says its latest offer is worth more than 5%, but this depends on workers accepting "modernising reforms". BBC Essex's Ian Wyatt spoke to Rob Mullen who is the Managing Director for c2c.
