Sound bathing at Gloucester Cathedral

Sound bathing sessions are running throughout the summer at Gloucester Cathedral. It's an ancient practise, but rather than bathing in the sun, or woodland, you bathe in sound waves instead, all to help mental wellbeing. So Jon Smith went along to the quire to have a go.
