Jake Powell from Coventry is spending the weekend in August walking from Wembley to the Coventry Building Society Arena, all to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK. Recently Jake's own Dad as well as one of his own best friends Phil have been diagnosed and are under going treatment. Jake spoke to BBC CWRs Lorna Bailey as they come towards the end of their challenge.
