British Olympic diver Tonia Couch announces the nominees in the carer category. They are - Duncan - who runs a Facebook group supporting parents and carers of autistic and neuro-divergent children. Esteem Team – which makes a difference to Special Educational Needs (SEND) young people and their families in Exmouth and surrounding areas. Winnie – who makes a difference to carers in Honiton, giving them respite from the job of full time caring. Violet – who has made her home available to young women at risk of being homeless.
