Colchester Borough Council has approved its Local Plan to build 15,000 houses. This includes the recommendation that a thousand homes should be built on Middlewick Ranges. The land is currently owned by the Ministry of Defence. BBC Essex's Sonia Watson speaks to Beryl Cox and David Smith.
