Factory workers at a site in the Black Country who make interiors for luxury cars have begun a series of one-day strikes over pay Unite members at Cab Auto in Tipton who make products for McLaren, Aston Martin and Bentley, are next planned to be on strike tomorrow, having rejected 3% pay rise Jason Richards is part of the negotiation team for Unite and told BBC Radio WM how the strikes have come about.
