Arthur, is 22 years old and considers themselves as trans-masculine but on the non-binary spectrum and uses either they/them or he/his, where as Red who's also from Stoke on Trent likes they/theirs and is non-binary. They both talk about discovering how they identify over decades and as they started to learn more about themselves and the LGBTQ+ community. Art talks about noticing the privilege he's acquired by being a white man and Red opens up about feeling threatened and the abuse from within the LGBTQ+ community. This 'Pride Conversation' is part of a special series on BBC Radio Stoke to mark 50 years of the Pride movement in the UK.
