A guide to personal pronouns

Anna King

Available for over a year

You may have noticed that more and more people are stating their pronouns on their email signatures and on social media. Some prefer to be gender neutral and use 'they/them'. It can be confusing, so as Pride month comes to an end, we thought we'd explore why personal pronouns are so important to all of us, but especially for transgender and non-binary people. Joanne Puckett is an Inclusion Coordinator and Hayleigh Nutter is a Learning Support Assistant at Gloucestershire College. Dawood Qureshi is a Researcher at the BBC History Unit and Ambassador for the Bumblebee Conservation Trust.
