Little Amal visits Stratford

CWR Breakfast with Phil Upton

Available for over a year

If you happened to be enjoying the sunny weather down by the RSC in Stratford on Wednesday, then you may have been lucky enough to see a surprise visitor. The giant Syrian refugee puppet Little Amal was back in the region after visiting Coventry last October for the city of culture. She is known for walking the thousands of miles from the Syrian/Turkey border to the UK last year -a journey many refugees make regularly. As part of World Refugee Week, Little Amal stopped off in Stratford on her way from Birmingham to Cheltenham and BBC CWR's Ushma Mistry was there
