Wasps ask for £13m of public funding

Rugby club Wasps have asked for millions of pounds of public money as financial strain builds on their stadium business. BBC CWR has learned that the West Midlands Combined Authority is considering a funding application for around £13million. BBC CWR's political reporter Simon Gilbert has the details.
